"The room was so nice. Le Labo Rose scented shower gel, soap, conditioner, etc. Super comfy bed and big room compared to other hotels in the same area. Worth the price in my opinion. They also let us check in early which was great as well"

"Misleading advertising and unacceptable service. The listing advertises a kitchen in the room; however, it fails to disclose that its use requires additional daily fees. This is a material omission, especially as the booking was made through Expedia, where such conditions should be clearly stated upfront. Check-in took over 30 minutes despite only one guest waiting. There were three staff members present, yet only one appeared to be assisting, reflecting a lack of organization and efficiency. The cleanliness standards were unacceptable. The kitchen floor was visibly greasy and felt sticky when walking on it, indicating inadequate cleaning. The toilet had no lid, which raises basic hygiene concerns. Towels were discolored (yellowed), and the drinking cups were oily."
