"This is our second time at this place and we coincidentally got the same unit from last year! We were ecstatic because it was like coming home again. The unit was perfect for the three of us with a nice balcony ocean view. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and we enjoy making more memories each time we come to the island. "Friendly & responsive staff, strong Aloha spirit. However, the place is dated, ie still popcorn ceilings. Need pest control (roaches), asked us to take shoes off but floor carpet felt uncomfortably moist, couldn’t really decide the cleanness of carpet due to color, bathroom smells odd, slippery bathtub, low shower pressure. The room itself needs air freshener. No beach towels, they supply only bath towels 1/person no extras. You have to exchange if you want new ones. Low quality paper towels,...
