"Staff took care of our room every day and it felt great to return back to our room ar night with it reset and cleaned. The pool was great. We loved our view and would enjoy that same view again. I would recommend this location to anyway who wants to be on beach. That was the best part. "

Numerous pools all wonderful and nicely styled & landscaped. Nice to have Holoholo Grill on-site for easy meals. Location near beaches and other sites was also nice. Only disappointment was that the ocean view room we paid extra for was obstructed by utility poles and lines. Was hard for me to get past that. No photos on their site show these so it was a complete surprise. Finding a parking spot at night near our building was not always easy either. Other than that, Koloa is a wonderful resort."

"Our ocean view was still 200 yards from the beach. Staff, and maintenance was fantastic! Owners had everything you needed from umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, you name it. Furniture needs to be steamed cleaned though. All in All - our expectations fell a little short considering the value that was stated on the property view."

"No AC in the unit, which both the onsite staff and Travelocity struggled to offer any sort of workable alternatives. Also, the parking was atrocious; we routinely had to park at buildings 4-5 structures away from ours. Great beaches but very disappointed by the cost vs reality."
