Very beautiful hotel with a very warm welcoming staff. I stayed with my 4 yr old daughter. They looked after her need very well. Food was prepared as per my request and was promptly served by in- room dinning. From cleanisiness , toiletry, beddings to food, everything was reflecting it's high standard. Hotel Manager had given us a room with airport view so that my daughter can enjoy her stay in hotel. All sevices were very prompt and efficient. I could clearly compare the difference from...

Was great

The staff was very helpful, proffesional and polite. The young ladies and men at breakfast were very accomodating and cheerful. The live music was very relaxing and entertaining. The breakfast however, lacked variety as fruit and Indian sweet dishes were very limited and repetative. The rooms should have a full long mirror as without that it was difficult to wear a sari or long dresses.

There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. Their communication system within the team is a credit to Taj. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was to Taj standards and it was. Remarkable service all round & quick mention to Kushi on the front desk. (#apple 27/05)

I stayed here after checking out of the horrific hotel I was currently staying in. The Pullman was a breath of fresh air. I ended up meeting up with my friend here and spent the last days here. Would definitely recommend The Pullman

Room is very clean, the toile flush is a bit weak tho.

Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.

The room was small but that’s the Ibis signature I guess. I personally have a different connection with Ibis since when I was an Indigo flight attendant 6 years back, we used to stay in Ibis alot on layovers. The stay was amazing. We had an urgent meeting and our hotel (that we originally booked) cancelled on us last minute so we needed another stay at 11 am. The original checkin time was 2 Pm. We called 3 good properties in Gurgaon, no one agreed to providing early check in option but luckily...
