We booked a deluxe room for two adults and one twelve year old but were only given one bed. It took a very long time to get a second mattress. "Malfunctioning AC and phone. Reception not answering 90% time and best is to reach through restaurant extension 7. Breakfast area no one to check food items running out and cold food n curry, You literally have to enter kitchen area to ask for hot food refills. I would rate property 1-2/5. Only well conditioned and clean area was front desk. Old broken bed in hallway."
