"The room was not quite as described. We booked because of a family room that had two king beds, but there was only one bed. A mattress was provided. The hot water geyser did not seem to work. AC worked but was not super-cold. There was no restaurant. No water/electric kettle in the room was provided. Otherwise cleanliness was alright. They did have a car service to the airport which we availed for ₹500. "

"The Kelvish is also known as Hotel Happy Stay. It is Not in Aerocity, but is a walkable distance from Aerocity Metro. The hotel and room is clean on the inside, but it is on a busy street. Typical India. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic, but good. Aerocity hotels are much better but you're going to pay 10 times what Kelvish charges. Overall, the Kelvish/Happy Stay is a good value. I stayed 2 times for a total of 4 nights and would stay there again."

"ALL THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE The reception staff were polite yet not concerned with the complaints. No dining area. So, unnecessary room service charge(maybe). Only two dishes came when I ordered four, after 1.5 hours. So had to return and cancel it. No apology or any offers for compensation. No toilet paper. Had informed them about it at the reception p2p and still didn’t get it. The blanket was also dirty. Informed them and got no response. Went out to eat after that. No any good...
