However, the staff were so attentive in every way that they must have taken note of my birthday on my passport when we checked in and had a cake delivered to my room. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff and the service they provided was excellent. Our room house keeper was so helpful and kept our room spotless. Sometimes when we came to our room at night we found swans or snakes made out of towels - A lovely surprise.

Room was very good with all the facilities. Room service was excellent.

One of the best 5 Star Hotels we have stayed in. Attentive and courteous staff, great facilities and an excellent choice of food, especially at breakfast. Lots of personal touches that left us feeling valued and delighted. Thank you and keep up the great work !!
