It’s close enough to the beach if you want somewhere to swim/sunbathe, plus you can walk into central Arambol (30 mins) if you’re looking for something more lively. "The location is ideal - away from the business of the rest of Mandrem and the surrounding area. The staff were very welcoming. The food in the restaurant is excellent and very good value. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe and welcome. For the price this place is great.

"This isn’t really a hotel. It’s a tiny structure in a dusty and dark parking lot with a few rooms. Truly nothing like advertised and doesn’t feel safe for women either. The power went out twice, the WiFi barely worked. I don’t write negative reviews but I don’t want others to have a vacation day ruined like mine. "

You may find you need to book spa treatments a day in advance, they are so worth it though if you have the extra money to spare. This is the sort of place I would come to “get away from it all”. There is understandably a no alcohol rule but if that’s something you think you’ll miss, you only need to head to one of the beach shacks which are as little as 5 minutes walk away. "
