"Amazing hotel"

"Everything was mostly good. I was disappointed with the'upgrade room" as it was facing a building and didn't have a large queen bed but 2 small beds which was uncomfortable,I didn't feel any upgrade but more downgrade? The carpet in the room was dirty ,my slippers were black walking on them and very worn and needs replacing. Many TV stations were not working on the TV. On the positive the staff very friendly.The pool was beautiful and the airport transfer was very fast and efficient and the...

"A very clean and nice room and given high rates in Dubai, that was a nice ctach for me. Did not try the breakfast but I am sure it is great. The pool area was nice. The staff were very nice and helpful."

"The people who do the actual work make the stay here so much better. Sincere thank you to the valets, cleaners and restaurant staff that make the experience a million times better. Unfortunately we had to wait 2/3 hours to finally check into our room after a very long journey but we were upgraded and gifted a cake as it was my birthday. It still would be nice to check in and rest as soon as we arrive."
