Magnuson Hotel Jacksonville Downtown
There is actually no pool at all. Not sure if there ever wss a pool. You ca. Get cheaper prices so shop around. Ladies work hard cleaning ,maybe a little upgrade on curtains .there is an occasional loiters but security shewd them off.

The black gentleman that made those grits! If you know you know.. They were the best grits we’ve eaten. Everything was excellent! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else while in Duval!

Margaritaville Jacksonville Beach
Nice room. It was able to sleep 5 adults, with 2 beds and a pull out couch. Huge bathroom but had a small walk in shower. Balcony was very narrow and is not able hold any chairs to sit, only standing room. Plenty of restaurants and the pier is near by to either fish or chill out.

I only stayed for a quick overnight, but the staff was very friendly and kind, and my room was clean and comfortable. Some stuff in the building is a little old, but the maintenance team is clearly working hard to keep everything running well. It's not clearly marked, but there is parking behind ...
