"We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in a room with a private pool. The room itself was nice and comfortable, although the private pool was not very impressive and didn’t add much to the experience.The hotel has only one restaurant available and unfortunately the food there was not very good. Also, there is not much to do around the property, so it can feel a bit boring if you are looking for activities.However, if you are looking for a quiet place to completely relax and disconnect, it can be a good option. The staff were very nice and friendly, and we especially loved the dogs around the property 🐕, which added a charming touch to the stay"

"My boyfriend and I went to celebrate my birthday and I would like to say the entire resort is beautiful 10 out of 10 if you want some thing that is serene private and luxurious where do you feel like you don’t even have to lift a finger this is the place to stay. The food was delicious. The drinks could’ve been a little stronger, but overall the experience was great. Cholon was across the water so if you want a fun fast pace activity to do that’s a place to go. Just be mindful it’s a little money hungry over there, But you can always negotiate. One of the days we went to the city of Cartenga; The hotel scheduled transportation for us to get there and back and was very communicative when we were off the island. Which we greatly appreciated. "The Hilton Cartagena in El Laguito is a magnificent hotel. Our stay was perfect, from location, to staff, breakfast buffet, cleanliness, hotel room, pools, beach, just everything. The beds are the most comfortable I've slept in. The pillows, mattresses and pillows are so plushy and inviting. All employees go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. Another top thing is the silence at night. It's soundproof and we get to sleep in peace. My husband and I can't wait to go back! "
