"This was hands down the most relaxing portion of our Cartagena trip! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was comfortable, the snorkeling and bioluminescent swimming experiences were great. We enjoyed the beach as well as the massages we received. Transportation to and from the island was easily arranged through the hotel. We would highly recommend to anyone. "

"To start… I understand there was a change in management just days before we stayed there, so perhaps they are just getting organized… The hotel is on a beautiful piece of property with two lovely, swimming/soaking beaches and a lovely outside dining area. Loud reggaeton blaring… we finally asked them to switch to salsa but still LOUD and constant.If not your thing this will be an issue… The property is in overall good condition… but some key things lacking. Rooms are huge, sheets/beds comfy....

"Excellent property with an outstanding Team and service. The amenities and attention from the concierge, front desk, housekeepers, pool and beach, restaurant staff is beyond 5 stars… The only thing i would not consider 5 stars is the road that leads to the hotel, the gravel road is not suitable for everyone or any car, our taxi driver had a flat tire that had to change when he dropped us off, imagine if this happened in the middle of the road or at night! Hope the hotel and other properties...

"I booked my stay at Las Islas for one night to stay with my mom. We both were beyond pleased with the service, our treetop room, food, private beach and amenities. The staff was very welcoming and so very warm and beyond friendly and hospitable. The property is absolutely beautiful and so different from any other typical hotel experience you find around the world. "We went to the port on a Tuesday afternoon and it was easy to find the staff. They also communicate by WhatsApp. The boat rides went fine. The staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful. If you want a second cup of coffee during the breakfast, you'll have to flag the staff down. The hotel room was good and we liked the bed. Lots of beach loungers with shade available during the midweek. Food was good, but a bit pricey. Beach was nice, the water could be rough if boats pass by. The...
