"There are no dinner reservations required for all of the restaurants with the exception of the Japanese Kabuki. We like that there is an option to enjoy the pool by the Glee bar if you want a more quiet atmosphere. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. A special thank you to Johnson at the Glee Bar we travel quite a bit and have never had such an attentive bar tender. A special thank you to Aida at the Flavor buffet and the Casa del Mar restaurant for providing us with excellent customer service. A special thank you to Tomas the waiter at the Plaza Bar during the Mexican Fiesta. He was very attentive and provided excellent customer service."

"This resort is by far my favorite one in Playa Mujeres. Its modern design is very pleasing to the eye and it caters very well to both families and adults. The splash pad, family pool and the beach had excellent waiter service. Delicious food and service did not disappoint!"

"Came during low season beginning of September and the hotel felt empty which was great. There was still activities for kids and adults to join. The staff was very accommodating. The only 2 things we disliked were 1. hotels food/ although drinks were great. 2. Water smell was awful. Taking a shower didn’t make you feel fresh and clean because the water smelled like sewer. "

"We have visited Isla Mujeres a number of times and heard a lot about this hotel. It is very quiet. Nice facility that is well maintained and very clean. We did choose the breakfast option as part of our booking. I have never been to a place with so much choice for breakfast. This hotel is located on the busy north end of the island so if you rent a golf cart, it is difficult to find parking. We would definitely stay again."
