"Lots of damages and bad craftsmanship around the property for a new resort. It looks like they rushed the opening. The food was sub par."

"Staff unfriendly and rude, food and drinks would take up to and hour to get and if you ask, staff would get mad at you! Extremely limited food options at only one restaurant with 2 menus (italian-mexican-italian-mexican) Pool water cold. No music all day and no any kind of entertainment, everything is closed at 10pm. Beach small and overgrown with weeds. Towel shortage in the room and beach. "

"Very serine, calming, honey moon type of atmosphere. Wish the property was a little bigger, the food was enjoyable. Wish there was a little more lively hood, fun to the resort but overall felt like a luxury experience "

"Nightly entertainment could use some improvements. Overall enjoyed the vibe, not overly rowdy- our preference. We had a party of 17 and with restaurants serving on a first come first serve basis, we were worried, however absolutely no issues. Pleasently surprised! Drink services at the pool and beach were somewhat slow, but not terrible. Tipping helped!"

"Solo tener cuidado, hay dos secciones en el hotel uno familiar y uno para adultos (familiar es más barato y tienes acceso solo a la mitad del hotel) , al escoger cuarto no sabía que área era por aquí, no pude distinguir para que área era pero pude pagar un upgrade llegando y valió la pena por el precio, pero cumple con lo básico para que te la pases bien y te atienden bien bonito. Por cierto playa y albercas LLENA DE CAMAS super deli"
