"The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, and the food was fantastic across the board. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, were the people. A special thank you to César at the Martini Bar and his colleagues Kenneth, Adolfo, and Angel for making every evening so much fun. We also loved the music and entertainment from Dayron and Alain—they brought such great energy to the resort! We left feeling so grateful for the warmth, kindness, and hospitality we experienced. "We stayed at Majestic elegance for one week with my wife and our 4 year old son. The resort is amazing, always clean, staff are all very friendly and make you feel welcomed all over the resort. The selection and variety of food is amazing with lots of restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed the daily and nightly entertainment and there was always something to do with our little guy. Big thank you to all the staff and we highly recommend this resort for anyone that values good food and amazing service. Special thank you to Krystel for making our stay feel special and catering to all of our needs. She was amazing and a great person. She takes pride in her job and ensuring we were happy daily. "Everything about Atelier was exceptional. We highly recommend. The service really exceeded expectations. The food was outstanding too. For the morning buffet the servers would walk around with pastries fresh out of the oven. The warm chocolate croissants were to die for! The grounds were beautiful and everything was so well maintained. "
