"The property is always lovely and well maintained. Customer service is always wonderful and housekeeping is great! Love the restaurant options and bar too. 2 suggestions: Wishing there were more portable shade poolside since guests camp/save cabanas and lounge chairs all day. If the sleeper sofa beds could be improved, it would make a huge difference in comfort. Not only can you feel all the bars and springs, but it’s slopes down where your feet rest."

"Loved our room on 7th floor. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Team that handled the breakfast were top botch. They were interacting with guests and kept dining area clean and plenty of food. Even when we ate later in the am. Didnt realize they were partners with Caribe Royale next door. We were able to go to their large pool area . Staff there did not offer any towels as they did to their guests but we had our own so we were ok. They did offer everyone frozen grapes as it was in high 90s. We enjoyed our time there and will definitely return again!! "

They don’t say anything until you order your food. Better off driving to Dunkin. Better service and my opinion food options and price "
