"First and foremost I want to talk about the staff of this hotel… they are super friendly, professional and sincere. This also includes the bar upstairs… great barman and waiters in the evening. Hotel it self is located in a central area with easy walking access to restaurants coffee sightseeing and hiking. Place is super clean, and the rooms are interesting but it’s in a historic building so you have to take it for what it is. I would recommend booking a place with balcony for some outdoor space. "We liked the room about a 10 minute walk to the city centre.Not much around the hotel no restaurants.No tea or coffee making facilities.When I asked about it the lady asked me for my room number so she could charge me.Kettle would be handy in the room.The ski jump is about a 30 minute walk away.The fernicular is being repaired at this moment so a lot of steps to get to the top.A 50%discount is being offered.Innsbruck is worth a visit surrounded by mountains and blossums everywhere."
