"Very nice hotel and staff. The rooms and amenities are a little outdated but everything was clean and functioning. Just a few minutes walk to a bus stop."

"The staff were fantastic, some of the best cusotmer service I have ever received. Nothing was too much from sorting an early check in as we'd been hiking for 6 days to sorting storage during our hike.
Our room, the Spa and breakfast were all excellent.
A fabulous stay and when I'm in Innsbruck again this will be where I stay.
