"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly with check-in. The hotel is wonderfully decorated and has a lot of old world charm. The room we had was a little cramped and in hindsight, I wish we had upgraded to a larger room. The breakfast menu was great, with a large selection of fresh, local food choices. Fresh sqeezed OJ, mimosas and fresh pastries were wonderful. The outdoor patio dining area was a great place to grab a drink, relax and watch the people walking the streets of Old Town Innsbruck. Highly recommend this hotel."
