"When I got there early, the staff who helped me to set up my check in process(12:30) was fine, it was the one who handed me the room key at 15:00 making me feel unwelcome. She was making a comment to the other hotel employee at another counter in by just moving the lips and the other lady was laughing. I think that was very rude. "
