"Fabulous Hotel! We wish we had stayed an extra night because they had free ebikes that you can use. It would have been a great way to see the city. The room was large, modern, very clean and bedding/bed comfy. No AC. A standing fan is provided in the room. Great location to train station and all local sites. "

"Great, centrally located hotel with a few tight parking spaces on site (rare in Innsbruck!) for the same day rate as the local parking garage down the street. Friendly and helpful staff at check-in, comfy beds, blackout curtains, excellent AC, spacious room, fast internet, great shower, and nice (mostly cold foods) continental breakfast with cooked egg options available. Easy access to all modes of transit, with Innsbruck Station a 20min walk, Altstadt Station (with access to the Alpenzoo and Top of Innsbruck) a 10min walk away, and Innsbruck Airport 20-30mins by public transport. The old town is just across the street, and everything is so easy to get to. Lovely spot, lovely short stay, thanks Basic Hotel Innsbruck, for making our visit so easy and comfortable 🙂 "
