Another great stay at the Weisses Kreuz. Delightful staff, spacious room and best breakfast anywhere!

This is an outstanding place to stay that I would recommend to anyone visiting Innsbruck. Sadly, I had only one night in the city, but it was extraordinary watching the sunset & then rise from my 11th floor room & what a room - beautiful in every way.

Great staff, warm rooms, comfy bed, hot shower, great buffet breakfast, good location in terms of it being a 15 minute walk to Innsbruck Hbf train station. Enjoyed my stay, Oliver

We had an amazing time, everything was perfect - from the room, the swimming pool, the food, the staff. Everything was very clean and every detail was thought through. Can’t wait to go there again

We stayed two nights in this hotel after a ski week in Solden to allow ourselves a break before the flight back and the chance to see Innsbruck. We enjoyed a welcome drink, which after an hour and a half in the car was very welcome. Great hotel, convenient for both skiing (which we didn't) and Innsbruck itself (which we did). We particularly enjoyed the pool, with its view towards the mountains. All the staff were, without exception, friendly and helpful. Perhaps the hotel is a little "olde...

We loved our stay! The apartment is wonderful and set in beautiful, tranquil surroundings. It's ideally located within easy walking distance of the town and Bahnhof. Check-in was super smooth despite our late arrival. Highly recommended!

We were traveling from Bavaria, through Tirol, on the way to Salzburgerland, and decided to make a short visit to Innsbruck. We would rather stay outside the city, when we can, and Wirtshaus Nattererboden offered an interesting alternative to "downtown" accomodations. My wife loves farm animals and enjoys sketching them, so the Wirtshaus was "beckoning" us to visit it. Add to this, the reviews of the restaurant, and how could we NOT stay here? The Wirtshaus was easy to find and access, with...

Friendly staff, nice property with great spa facilities and good location.

Fab hotel Would definitely go back

Lovely hotel in beautiful quiet village. Only 2 nights but very pleasant.

The room was very clean and there was lots of cupboard and drawer space. Bathroom was modern and clean. Pool area was very nice and the spa area was enjoyable. Plenty of towels as well. Gym was very basic. Just a treadmill, cross trainer and bike. Staff on reception were very helpful and gave us lots of details of places to visit and eat at. I liked the 3pm cakes they provided every day! The bar and lounge area was immaculate and the staff very attentive - constantly tidying up and making...

Absolutely loved my stay here. The staff is super friendly and the room was so clean and nice. Looking forward to coming back here soon.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff were outstanding, and the pool and spa facilities were delightful.

Just got back from a short (too short!) ski break at this wonderful hotel. The food was fantastic as was the service from the staff, the majority of whom spoke really good English. Our room was spotless and the free ski bus to the lift ran regularly. Spa area and outdoor whirlpool was fantastic - just be aware that the saunas etc are clothing optional!
