She was making a comment to the other hotel employee at another counter in by just moving the lips and the other lady was laughing. I think that was very rude. "

"The hotel is strategically located, being less than a 5-minute walk from Innsbruck’s central station. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with an excellent bathroom and shower. Breakfast is good. The fridge in the room was not turned on. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended."
