Lovely garden room: spacious, very comfortable bed, well-appointed room with coffee, tea, dishes, etc., modern bathroom, nice desk, plenty of variable lighting around the space. Very nice and helpful staff and amenities (lounges, garden, bar/restaurant, prosecco, tea, fruit, candy, chocolate at desk). In a nice location between the train station and the downtown. We didn't do the Innsbrucker card because we booked thing in advance but they could help with that. Very nice place to spend a quick night of our honeymoon - we loved the whole city and it's experiences(Nordkette and alswarovski).

Edgy hotel decor, but great service. Stunning views from the room and balcony. Room was small, but well planned. Clean & comfy. Staff were great, with little extras like small cups of tea on arrival, candies, apples. Only negative was the dim bathroom entirely in mini green tiles.
