Brand new property, so in excellent shape. Stylish modern settings. Cleaning staff was amazingly friendly and great to talk to. Bed was a bit smaller than expected. Breakfast options were a bit limited and got boring after a few days, but the quality of the food was good. Very convenient location - next to two major highways, quick drive downtown, lots of food nearby.

From the pictures I didn't realise that it was like a studio apartment. When we got in and realised, we wished we stayed here longer. Staff was nice, breakfast was pretty darn good. Accessibility is good. But you do need a car to get around for sure. Nearby services include a gas station, some restaurants, drug store. Close to the highway. Rooms are a liiiiitle outdated in terms of fixtures and decor , but that's only a comment for the very particular people. If we come again for a longer stay,...

Great high end rooms with quality fixtures in the bathroom, quality furnishings and wardrobes etc. even the flooring was high quality. The location is also good. Overall the hotel feels luxurious and worth the costs.

Very nice

Very comfortable room, everything worked. Good location for exploring downtown. The 5.30pm kick back with free food and drinks was a real bonus.

This is a high quality hotel. Room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Everything you need including iron and ironing board were available in the room as well as tea and coffee. Toiletries were of high quality. View from room was lovely, overlooking Lake Erie. Hotel is within walking distance for Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, stadium and downtown. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel.

Hotel lived up to what others had said , scrupulously clean and staff most professional and helpful would definitely return and recommend. We were here to visit a friend in twinsburg but due to bad reviews in that area we came a few minutes up the road , in a word Excellent!!!
