"They gave me a key to a room that was not cleaned yet. I had to tell them... and then leave... and rhen come back while they cleaned. The room had a very strange smell. I paid for a late checkout but got a call at normal checkout time telling me I had to leave. I had to tell them I paid extra and they said ok but at that point I felt very uncompfortable so I left. "The hotel was extremely clean and pleasant. It’s locally located and the $50.00 valet parking was worth it. The bar & restaurant was open at 4 PM and was lovely …. but empty. Ice water was available in the lobby, but coffee was not offered. The room was clean and very quiet. I was very happy there even though there was no microwave/hair dyer or ice machine available. The “hotel store” was useless."
