"I have stayed in this hotel many times before and this was the first time I was a little disappointed. The ice machines were not working. We were not told at check-in and had to find out. The room was clean but when went to use the shower black stuff came out of the drain. "

"When I first arrived at the hotel, the lady at the counter did not acknowledge me or even speak until I mention my reservation. She also didn’t tell me any of the perks like what time was breakfast? If the pool and Jacuzzi was available the hours I had to ask. The room smelled stale and the tub was not properly cleaned out. The food in the restaurant was not good at all. The breakfast was OK. The French toast was really good. I will also mention the bar attendant lady was really nice even though she messed up my order, but she served me a really good drink. I also had to pay $10 a night to park in the parking lot which I did not understand because nowhere on the website did it say you had to pay for parking especially since their lot was really empty."
