"Property was close to our destination but defenitely rooms have room for improvement"

"It’s located in a convenient location. My room was located right next to the pool which opens until 10pm. It was very noisy and couldn’t sleep until after every one left the pool. Room carpet was dirty. Bathtub had a mold. AC is so loud. My room was adjoining accessible room and I could hear almost everything from the next door room which was so disturbing. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family"

"Room had bugs. Many of the rooms were closed for “remodeling” Card was unexpectedly charged hidden fees not discussed during check in nor listed in booking information after verbally hearing “the deposit is refundable” Parking was fine, that’s one of the charges btw. Pool was regular. Gym had broken machines. “Restaurant” closed. Breakfast was no where to be found. A “coffee bar” that had picked through sugar packets and creamer. Hotel amenities you don’t utilize, for another charge… Just don’t expect much."

"The lobby was very nice. However, the room didn’t have a table for writing nor a chair. Most important was that the shower did not have anti slip strips nor shower map and almost slipped upon getting into the tub and I requested to move to a handicappedroom. I was told that there weren’t any handicapped rooms, but that they would look into the matter. I did not receive a reply to my request. Will not return to Knott Berry Farm hotel."

"The room was clean and in good condition. The staff were friendly. Air conditioning was great. When we walked into the room it was so fresh. We took a dip in the pool which was very clean. Then we had a quick workout in the fitness center. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. "
