I recommend for everyone to stay here it’s super clean the bed is super comfy the pool is super clean and you get restaurants and coffee shops walking distance. The staff is super nice and helpful I will definitely be back here!

very simple room but also a only couples room because of the door to the bathroom but idk if it likes this to all of the other rooms but our bathroom door seem to be a lil broken possibly but overall great stay, great staff and very comfy bed

Great 12 night stay, Clean safe and comfortable. Porto’s bakery across the road Outback Steakhouse next door. Location excellent Knotts Berry various chain restaurants within walking distance would definitely stay again.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room is old, but well kept. The room has a small fridge and a microwave with some bonus amenities. The parking lot is spacious, but getting into it requires a relatively sharp turn. Overall, a good stay.

The pool was nice and the air-conditioning was wonderful, especially in this horrible humid weather we’re having! The staff was friendly and efficient. The hot tub was not available, but it didn’t matter cause it’s too hot for a hot tub right now anyways! Would definitely stay here again for a quick weekend getaway!

Staff was excellent! Check in was smooth. Room was clean, so we thought. Everything was great until our second night. We started seeing little critters come out from behind the blow dryer plug in the bathroom. Overall, 2 min drive to Medieval and Knotts Berry Farm was down the street as well. The room was clean, and the property shows its age while remaining well maintained. The check-in desks and breakfast area have been newly renovated. My bed was comfortable, though the door left a gap at the floor and I heard footsteps throughout the night. The location is excellent near Knotts; I drove in using my season pass with parking, but the hotel is easily walkable if you prefer free parking. The staff were friendly and even offered a free early check-in. Breakfast felt limited, and I would have liked a protein option such as boiled eggs. They served standard bread, cereal, and waffles.

Yes, they have free and plenty of parking, they offer free breakfast, which we did not use and friendly staff. But the place is dirty, worn out rooms, we were on the second floor, and there was no elevator, the stairs were wobbly. The entire hotel needs an upkeep. And the quality of guest looks thuggish. It’s like a worn out motel 6. We won’t be coming back.

Close to parks,horrible Crack house apartment feeling, our experience blood on wall in shape of hand dragged which is crazy! Jammed door and no power in bathroom. 320$spent on room for walking convenience, on the bright side staff and manager were extremely helpful and compt our room for the night thank goodness! Staff amazing! Rooms horrible!

Lobby & breakfast areas were clean. My room had a shutter that was broken. One standing lamp had a nasty lampshade that was falling apart. There were several little bugs that looked like ants with wings, on the walls and a couple on the bed. The bathroom was clean but no shelf in the shower to put the soap on! Okay if you just need a place to sleep. Breakfast was basically waffles and cereal.

I landed at a horrible hotel in montebello and found this one after and this one was very amazing I loved it if I ever go on vacation again I will definitely stay here again loved it super clean, great pool! And housekeeping kept my room clean.
