For an inexpensive last minute option, it wasn't bad at all, decent location. New towels are needed and rooms need to be attended to better, but for the cost, it wasn't too bad.

Arrived right at check-in time. Gentleman said that he was putting me in the room he reserves for his family when they visit, kind of like an apartment, I guess. Inside there was a mattress with a large stain up against the wall. Long, dark hairs in the bathtub upon arrival. Blankets and sheets are a dingy gray, complete with stains, as were the threadbare towels they provided. Air conditioning worked well, parking was decent, amenities were void.

The staff here are great and the location is very convenient if you’re visiting Knott’s Berry Farm. I felt safe and the area was decent. That said, the hotel is definitely dated and "well-loved." Our room had some functional issues—the AC was weak, the bathroom door was in rough shape, and the beds were doubles rather than the Queens we expected. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly spot and aren't too picky about the room condition, it does the job
