"Older hotel. Jacuzzi was out of service, I was really looking forward to a little relaxation time. There is NO elevator at this facility. That was a bummer especially with carrying your bags up and down the stairs. Grateful that it only had 2 stories. "

"We had a very bad experience at this hotel and ended up leaving within 20–30 minutes of checking in. As soon as we walked in, the issues were obvious. The hallway and stair areas smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana, which is completely unacceptable, especially since we were traveling with children. The room itself felt humid and uncomfortable, and even after turning on the AC, it just blew out dusty air and didn’t improve anything. The condition of the room was also very concerning. The couch was visibly stained, and the sheets looked old and yellowed, making it feel unclean and not properly maintained. The microwave didn’t work either, which just added to the frustration. On top of that, the surrounding area felt unsafe. There was a lot of suspicious activity outside, and it did not feel like a place suitable for families at all—especially considering how close it is to Knott’s Berry Farm. We expected a much better environment. When we went to the front desk to explain everything, the staff member showed no concern. There was no apology, no effort to resolve the situation, and no offer of a refund. Because of how uncomfortable and unsafe we felt, we chose to leave immediately and book another hotel. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The hotel is in serious need of cleaning, maintenance, and better customer service. I would not recommend staying here, especially for families."

"The staff wasn’t that friendly, towards more to bad attitude to be exact. One front desk black lady that was working on the night of April 18th was especially rude to us. Just overall need more friendly front dest staff."

"The service is through a window and is rude to customers; they don't clean the room daily or change the towels; there are people who live there for weeks at a time; it's very dirty and in bad condition; the air conditioners don't work; the room smells of cigarettes; I asked to change rooms upon arrival because it had a very unpleasant smell; the fire detectors are covered with plastic. la atencion es por una ventanilla y de mal gusto hacia los clientes , no te limpian el cuarto diariamente ni te cambian las toallas, están personas que viven ahi por semanas, esta muy sucio y en malas condiciones , los aires acondicionados no funcionan , la habitación huele a cigarro , yo pedi me cambiaran la habitación al llegar porque estaba con un olor muy desagradable, los detectores contra incendio están tapados con plásticos.. "

"Amazing friendly staff , acknowledge able to answer all questions and provide answers. Felt comfortable and rooms were clean air was just right temperature. Breakfast was wonderful and on time. When need to reserve a room was easy."

"Room was comfortable...beds and pillows were wonderful. I asked for a quiet room and it was probably one of the quietest they could offer. Still heard lots of freeway noise. There were workers working around the property, using a blower at 2 or 3 a.m., yelling to one another and playing music. Garbage truck came at around 4, which I understand has to happen, but sheesh....no sleep at all!!"
