Fantastic hotel. The rooms were modern and clean and spacious. Breakfast was slightly limited but still really good.

Great hotel, which is perfectly located for trains, buses, restaurants and huge shopping mall (Lazona). Used the laundry facility which we very useful. The staff were exceptionally professional and courteous and made my stay pleasant in every way. I would definitely recommend.

What a hotel! We stayed here for our final 3 nights in Tokyo, we were going to do 1 but decided to stay the 3 because we wanted to feel settled. They let us check in at 11:30am at no extra cost because it was quiet, our room was spacious and really modern and the shopping area and restaurant area had lots to choose from. Getting into Tokyo was so easy and it was so handy when leaving to be able to grab a trolley and go straight to departures! Highly recommend this hotel

Great hotel in lovely neighbourhood

We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. I stayed here for 4 nights and found the hotel to be nice with friendly and helpful staff. Communication was sometimes a bit difficult, but I think that is more my fault as I'm a south asian brown guy who speaks with a bit of a Cockney accent, but we got there in the end!! 😆 The bed was a bit more on the firm side of my preference, but I still found it comfortable and was able to have a very good sleep. I wish I read the instructions folder in my room with all the facilities available. Lots of help items the hotel can supply. You get 2 bottles of water a day with new towels every day. The iron board which square and just a flat board was a challenge. Great view from my room I was quite high. Lifts go 8th floor then you need your hotel card in the other lifts to reach your room. Amazing location and checkout was my fastest ever.

Perfect location and great staff. Our room was on 38th floor so we had fantastic views and the noise below wasnt an issue. The one gripe we had was the lack of clothing storage. Just one small rail with 4 or 5 hangers and nowhere to put our suitcases. We would still definitely recommend Hotel Groove Shinjuku to anyone in spite of this.

Tokyo Dome Hotel is a good place to stay and I would recommend that anyone visiting the city considers it. It is in an excellent location, next to the Tokyo Dome itself (obviously), some shops, a funfair and a railway station. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the rooms are bigger than I expected. The staff are very professional and friendly but for international travellers, be aware that very little English is spoken in the hotel. I think I’ll stay here every time I travel to Tokyo. The location was perfect, the room was very spacious with breathtaking views. Great transport links to the underground metro and the swanky yarikamome line. It’s more on the 5 star side than 4 star. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic location for subway links to everywhere. Loads of dining and bar options close by in the streets about a 5 min walk away. Comfortable beds for a great night's sleep. Plush feel. Had everything including laundry. Staff were super helpful. Highly recommend.
