Staff was nice and very accommodating! Hotel is elegant and kid friendly. We have a three year old and a six year old and they enjoyed their stay as much as we did! Breakfast bar had a great variety of food. There is a JR train station within short walking distance too so it makes getting around easier.Definitely recommend !
