"Although the price was very good on this hotel I wouldn’t recommend for anyone who is claustrophobic. The room was clean but so small we just had a hard time with the very limited space. I should’ve checked out the square footage before reserving so that’s on me but to gave the toilet in same room as the shower was very strange. "

"Room needs a good clean, dusty round the edges, cobweb, bathroom smells, not a pleasant environment. Halls on the 11th floor had a horrible malodour. As a company that supplies commercial cleaning products to the Uk largest hotel chain there is no excuse for malodour and poor cleaning execution."

"Perfect! This hotel was the perfect budget friendly spot. What stood out to me most was the cleanliness and warmth of the staff. It’s well connected to public transportation and if you need to get to the airport there are shuttles every half an hour. I will be back for sure "

"We’re decided to stay here as it’s connected to the terminal as we were flying back into Gatwick at 3am. The hotel was very nice, the staff knew we were checking in late so all was ready. This was good, and they can accommodate you checking in at that time. Room was clean, bed quality was good. The only negative comment is about breakfast.. it finishes at 9:30 as most people stay to fly out early the next day; we were the opposite. While just about making it on time, the staff proceeded to clear it away around us as soon as it turned that time even though we were standing there with empty plates and cups working out what to do.. it was quite staggeringly bad service, which was reported to reception as we left. So overall the hotel is very good and does its job; just make sure you are at breakfast before the time limit.. We didn’t stay long enough to know what the rest of it was like.. "

"Nice room but it wasn’t exactly soundproofed, we could hear a person in the next room (I stayed in room 128) was snoring very loudly the wooden floor was conducting the sound/vibration it was impossible to sleep. Can’t fault the kindness of the staff they were good "
