Our room was clean and extremely comfortable. We were met with a lovely welcome. Loretta,our host was amazing. She went the extra mile to make sure our stay was as good as it could be. Nothing was too much trouble for her including my special diet.The breakfasts were great especially the muffins!! I wish we could have stayed longer. It was a perfect place to stay for a holiday.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were excellent and very friendly. We really enjoyed the happy hour in the bar and the live music outside which was excellent!! Highly recommended!

Brendan is a great host and made us very welcome, the beautiful, historic house has been lovingly restored very tastefully furnished. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel, well located with easy access to the village. The staff we encountered were friendly and informative. We only stayed one night so only experienced the breakfast which was delicious

This was a nice hotel with clean rooms but we had a couple of issues with maintenance that were not resolved as quickly as they could have been. The property is not within walking distance of anything as there are no sidewalks so had to drive everywhere.

Had such a lovely visit to this place. Really enjoyed our time. Friendly welcome on arrival. Amazing breakfast in the morning. Great setting and scenery to relax in. Definitely recommend

Staff pleasent and helpful. Room large spacious and clean. Bed very soft. Great breakfast and tea making facilities in room. Great stay.

My daughter and I had a trip to New York for our big birthdays, hotel was very central close to port authority, walking distance to time square and many other areas. Hotel staff made our visit special for us and are very helpful , friendly , professional and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. I would avoid 9th Avenue at night time as it didn’t feel very safe .

Love place, very relaxing but think breakfast should be included in the room rate

Nicely decorated and comfortable room in a good location. The only negative for us was a damp smell coming from the bathroom- maybe an issue with the sink drainage which seemed slow. Otherwise a good one night stay.

Very nice place to stay. Staff very friendly and welcoming . Lovely breakfast baskets available (additional charge). Only improvement would be cleaning of room . We got a message while out asking if we would like the room cleaned that day with a circa 3 hour window that cleaners were available . We asked for it to be and unfortunately it wasn’t when we returned. Put it down to message system delays but think better system needed than this. Definately worth visiting though .

We had a fantastic few days at the Westin. The staff were so helpful. It was central for everything, especially the subway. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever experienced. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A good hotel for a game of 5. Comfy, quiet rooms, with a good hot breakfast and free parking. It's right in a shopping area with a bus right outside and the train a 20 minute walk that takes you into Grand Central station in 30 minutes. For a having of 5 it was $21 each way. You can park at the station for a fee of around $15 but we just walked. Would stay again
