"Our experience was great! Close to everything you need and the staff were friendly and helpful.The rooms are really tiny but worled perfectly for us. The elevators were very fast and we never had to wait like many other hotels ive been to in NYC."

"Staff is friendly and helpful. Several conversations with staff who were helpful with directions and dinner recommendations (Ben & Jack's steak house). I locked myself out of my room and the front desk was helpful and I met security at my door, they checked my id that I left in the room and everything was fine. Breakfast buffet with fresh omelette, fresh fruit (hugh blackberries) and tasty bakery items, attentive and warm staff. Top notch all the way."

"The most wonderful and helpful staff! The room had slight bit of wear and tear but overall was exceptional. Really spacious and comfortable and had some nice extra amenities (complimentary water, steamer, umbrella, automated shades). We stayed for a week and had a great time! Would stay here again, especially given the convenient location and close subway stops"

"Everything was excellent except someone on our floor was smoking marijuana that permeated our room and did not clear out for over 12 hours. Difficult to sleep and unpleasant in the morning. That was one night out of four. The rest of the time, we were grateful for the attentiveness of the staff and comfortable room. Very ideally located and walkable."
