We stayed at this hotel last weekend for 4 nights as we were visiting my son who lives at Lake Nona. The hotel was the perfect choice. The staff were all so polite and friendly from front desk to the cleaners, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast facilities were good and the hotel generally was very clean. I would have no hesitation in booking here again.

Superb. Everything brand new. Huge rooms with kitchen area too. East shuttle bus from airport. Staff were all excellent.

Hotel and room clean . Beds very comfortable. Conveniently located for shopping and food , although not very near the tourist side , parks etc. Breakfast was ok, very little choice for gluten free though .

This is a great option for a night or two if you need to go to the airport and want to stop over. Very nice hotel indeed. Staff are lovely. Great bar and an impressive restaurant too. Recommended!

Andres on the front desk was awesome, so friendly and helpful. Also a shout out to Gary who looked after breakfast and kept the show running. Overall a superb stay in a really new hotel, by far the best of the four properties we stayed in this trip. Highly recommended and will hopefully stay again soon. Only negative is some use of plastic plates and cutlery. Oh and you’re close to a swamp so you may see snakes like we did!
