"Hotel was very nice - would be good if they offered breakfast at one of the restaurants, or even just coffee/tea in the lobby. The sheets are really scratchy and uncomfortable, but everything else was great. Loved the unique room and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. "

"Wonderful staff and a beautiful property. We stayed in the bunkbed room which was perfect for two adults going to a concert. They even have little privacy curtains that you can pull closed, and outlets for both the top and bottom bunk. We grabbed a cocktail at the bar, Candy Bar which was beautiful but you absolutely need a reservation. Fantastic staff, Detroit has some of the best hospitality and every single person I talked to at the hotel was great. "

"Great vibe, great location, great staff. Upon check in I got upgraded from a king to a king deluxe. I judge all hotels by bathrooms and this was clean, big, modern, and had plenty of counter space for my beauty products. As a solo female traveler I will be recommending this hotel to anyone I can. "Mostly great but safe in my room didn’t work. Asked for a late checkout and was told I could stay until noon. 11:30 the desk called (same guy who told me noon) and asked me why I hadn’t checked out yet. 🤔 Either way, still a great spot with great decor / furnishings. Will likely be back again. "

"EXCELLENT customer service. Gorgeous room. So close to the art museum. Our only knock is each time we’ve stayed it’s just so warm in the room. Windows don’t open and can’t control the A/C. Thankfully each room had an oscillating fan to help. We’ll definitely stay here every time we visit Detroit!"
