"The resort is very big and takes a while to walk from Ocean front suites to the hotel lobby / spa. The room is beautiful and has everything needed for a perfect stay! Must try the Koral restaurant for an unforgettable dining with the fishes. "

What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Wiwin, the manager, was incredibly helpful when we had to make unexpected changes to our reservation. "I was looking for a property to host my guest for my upcoming birthday party. I had high hopes for the place because the pictures looked so good. Saddly, those were old photos. This was the most rundown property Ive ever seen. The food was subpar, the condition of the property was -30, and at checkout, when asked how the stay was. I was TRYING to tell her my experience, and she spoke over me say great, everything was good. I was shaking my head and saying no, but she just went on like I could have possible say anything positive. When the place was a dump!!! "
