Having stayed at a number of 5 star hotels in Bali, this is one of the best. The suites are modern and amazingly epic. The location is stunning but there is nothing surrounding the hotel, so this is a 2 or 3 night place. The food is amazing and all kitchens are led by French chefs who are both visible and helpful. This was the best Villa I have ever stayed at, the staff were very nice and accommodating I will miss them, they went above and beyond and made sure everything was good. They also replied very fast whenever we needed anything. The Villa was very nice and spacious and the pool was lovely, it wasn’t heated but with the weather it was good enough. The staff here is absolutely amazing and kind; they communicated very well to make sure my late check in process was easy and always made sure we were happy with our stay. The room was clean and smelled lovely, it is an absolutely beautiful property and the pool is very nice, clean and warm. The room has everything you need including a hair dryer, beach towels, etc. The location is great, whether you choose to walk or take a grab to the beach. I think bingin beach was only 15-20 minutes walking...

I couldn’t fault it, beautiful hotel, clean room, friendly staff, such a relaxing peaceful stay- I didn’t notice any construction noises. The price and value was amazing. It’s a 5- 10 minute walk from cafés and shops

Amazing start to finish! Excellent bar and restaurants- service is incredible all around and our villa was just fantastic!

The Island suite were large with great wardrobe space and a big bathroom. The breakfast was great with a very good choice. Great pool with amazing staff to help with everything! Good for going to all the lot shops and restaurants. Great sunset bar on the roof!

What a la Amazing hotel, worth the hype. Best hotel I’ve been to in Bali , better than both four seasons I’ve stayed in before! Service is amazing and the design of this hotel is a master piece! All villas with big pools, yoga in the morning - food is delicious! A dream stay

We had a good 4 nights here. The room was very big and clean. They cleaned the room everyday. I liked the outdoor bathroom concept. The pool area was clean. Good price for what you get.

This hotel was absolutely a 5 star. Not only was the facilities and rooms incredible but the hospitality from the staff really made the stay. Throughout the stay, staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. They even offered us a complimentary yoga session.
