"When staying here, you can expect just a room. Which isnt bad, because the price point is very low. But when comparing to other hotels, it only gives you a parking spot, a bed, a shower a toilet and a TV. We only needed a place to leave our bags and to be able to shower and change for a concert at Golden 1, then come back and sleep, so it was perfect for that. You can definitely tell the place is an older building, but overall it was decent. Our first room smelled like smoke upon opening the door so we changed rooms and the lady up front was helpful there. We also hated the kiosk check in person, but idk if thats a choice this location has left up to them or not."

"Staff was mean at my arrival. It felt like I distracted her from her phone by arriving a bit late (around I think 9:30pm). She was not helpful at all as I wanted to know my options for food. Also when I ordered my dinner through uber-eat and the food arrived, the delivery drier was not allowed to come to my room - which I understand policy but they way that was communicated to me was rude. "

"Air conditioning is not good. No parking , only a few parking and so tie and you have to be careful to drive into parking tiny parking garage, so steep with one outlet in and out same lane. Blanket had stains looked like they never changed it"

"Upon driving up to property. I normally drive around to see any other entrances to get into the hotel because the front parking is packed. Only one entrance at this location. This is my second stay with this hotel but different location. Property doesn’t have balconies which is a plus. Nice that the property had us sign a form detailing our car if anything did happen. The Folsom location didn’t offer that. This hotel seemed popular, seen many people here. Entering the room it was outdated but wasn’t bothering me. Kitchen wasn’t filled with all amenities needed as the Folsom location. The bathroom sink was leaking. If putting toilet paper in toilet it won’t properly flush so had to throw in garbage instead. Lighting was very minimal. And if a room states 5 can be occupied but only have 2 chairs? That’s not fair. Vents were dusty as well as the pictures and bed frame. Found a suspicious candy stuck on the wall. The shower tub floor made noise while stepping on it. The shower head was not clean the shower caddy holding the liquid was not clean. It doesn’t make sense that the hand soap dispenser is right above the electrical outlet. The worst part is the bed! Hard, made noise and uncomfortable. Will not be making a reservation here again."
