The room had a fridge, which I initially thought was a bonus, but it was so noisy that we had to switch it off during the night. The air con was good. There's a communal room with a kettle and microwave. Opposite the hotel, there's a big supermarket and a bus stop. On the seafront, a few metres away, there are plenty of restaurants.

It was our 4th stay at the hotel and we felt at home straight away. We had a beaitiful suite overlooking the sea and even had sun beds on our terrace. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and had a vast choice of everything you could ever want. We had a super time and can't wait to go again next year.

The hotel was lovely. Its motto is "Charm and Sensitivity" and it lives up to the title. It really is a very charming place. Everywhere in the hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We could leave the patio doors to our balcony open and wake up to hear the waves on the beach below - very romantic. The housekeeping staff were lovely and Monica at reception very helpful.

From the first moment of our arrival to the minute we left, the staff were phenomenal and really made this feel like a special holiday! They really could not do enough for us!

Overall myself and my girlfriend enjoyed a brilliant stay at this hotel, all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Our room had a decent view but wanted an upgrade spoke with reception and gave us a few to choose from with a price of course but well worth it as we got a fantastic panaramic view. If your taking a taxi to the airport I'd buy a ticket from reception as it's a fixed cost of €26... also complimentary room after checkout helps if you have a evening flight home but want to...

This hotel is overall fantastic.
The service is first class and it's spotlessly clean.
There is no beach as such although there are two a short walk away.
Food and drink at the hotel is expensive but there are several restaurants close by within easy walking distance. This hotel is in the upmarket area so these restaurants are also quite pricey so bring twice the money and half the clothes!
The staff are first class and 100% friendly and professional and the rooms are of the highest...

From the moment we arrived to the time we left the friendly attentive staff made us feel welcome and at home. Even the General manager made daily rounds to talk to guests and listen to their comments. Decorated in a colourful Mexican hacienda style it is beautifully appointed throughout with a number of quiet secluded areas in the grounds around the hotel and pool. The pool area is delightful, has an island and waterfall in front of a covered grotto, a children's pool and includes areas shaded...

We had a lovely stay at the jardines de nivaria- a fantastic hotel in a great location right in the centre of Adeje. It has direct access on to the beach and the row of shops and bars in Adeje. The recent refurbishment means the rooms are clean and modern but the hotel still retains the Art Deco vibe in the common areas. The staff are what make this hotel truly 5star though - always friendly, helpful and polite and we could not fault them. The hotel is aimed at the older clientele - which suited...

We booked a last minute short stay and after seeing all the positive reviews chose this place.
Only ten minutes from the airport via motorway, we were greeted at the hotel driveway entrance by a very welcoming gentleman who was part of the concierge team who directed the taxi to the hotel reception and made us immediately feel welcome and at ease. On arriving at the hotel entrance the other members of his team took our bags and we checked in at reception, where we had the pleasant surprise of...
