"It was very attractive and clean, inside and out. Bed slept wonderfully, pillows were excellent. I was concerned about noise because our room was next to elevator, but we didn’t have any. I was very pleased with everything."

"I liked the location to Broadway. It was a clean hotel with friendly staff. I was not particularly happy with the bartender at the pool. Our first trip to the pool bar before an evening stroll and we were ignored by the bartender and as he carried on a conversation with a couple next to us. We walked away and went downstairs where a young lady at a much nicer bar in the hotel took GREAT care of us! The room was nice but the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. I loved the bar cart at the entry but no one was there, so I thought it was pure decoration. It was a last minute hotel selection. The location was a plus. Thanks for listening."

"My wife and I are glad we decided to stay at the Holiday Inn Express Downtown Nashville. The primary reason is the assistance provided by your employee, Julaina Smith. She is a Guest Experience Champion and helped us in so many ways. The temperature was in the 90's during our visit and she offered us water whenever we left or returned to the hotel. She explained to my wife and I the best way to get to the Grand Ole Opry, recommended when to leave for the performance at the Opry, assisted us in acquiring an Uber and walked us outside to show us where we would be picked up. She is kind, caring and knowledgable. You are well represented by her. Julaina is exceptional."
