Beautiful hotel and the staff are amazing

Outstanding stay. 5 stars in all areas.

Lovely rooms with a swim up pool, perfect for privacy peace and tranquility! Great breakfast each morning and views were just breathtaking! Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Room cleaned twice a day and the place was modern x ideal get away for a couple or someone just wanting some peace and quiet. Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!

Ultra modern, very clean, good situation well away from mass tourist resorts. Maybe more attention could have been given to the suite before our arrival - There were quite a few technical hitches, which were corrected after we reported them.

Lovely hotel with amazing views and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and staff replenishing things all the time. Sunloungers, jacuzzi, sauna and easy access to walks in the hills with lower temperatures than on the coast. Would definitely go again and would highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel AAA+ Great food great facilities and great staff 👍🏼 Some nice touches too when we informed them before arrival it was our 10th wedding anniversary .Couldn't fault the place and had a really relaxing stay. Had the best steak ever at the onsite restaurant Zucos .The private pool was heated, the fridge was filled with welcome drinks and the staff never stopped smiling . Great holiday and hoping to return with more friends and family next year .

The hotel was lovely. Its motto is "Charm and Sensitivity" and it lives up to the title. It really is a very charming place. Everywhere in the hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We could leave the patio doors to our balcony open and wake up to hear the waves on the beach below - very romantic. The housekeeping staff were lovely and Monica at reception very helpful.

We have just come back from a 9 night stay at RGV - it was a truly magical holiday! The staff are the best ever I have ever met - always willing to go over and beyond and so incredibly friendly and smiley. Tom. It was our 4th stay at the hotel and we felt at home straight away. We had a beaitiful suite overlooking the sea and even had sun beds on our terrace. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and had a vast choice of everything you could ever want. We had a super time and can't wait to go again next year.

Very clean and modern. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. They rang our room when we arrived to check everything was OK. From the moment we arrived to the time we left the friendly attentive staff made us feel welcome and at home. Even the General manager made daily rounds to talk to guests and listen to their comments. Decorated in a colourful Mexican hacienda style it is beautifully appointed throughout with a number of quiet secluded areas in the grounds around the hotel and pool. This hotel is overall fantastic. The service is first class and it's spotlessly clean. There is no beach as such although there are two a short walk away. Food and drink at the hotel is expensive but there are several restaurants close by within easy walking distance. This hotel is in the upmarket area so these restaurants are also quite pricey so bring twice the money and half the clothes! We had a lovely stay at the jardines de nivaria- a fantastic hotel in a great location right in the centre of Adeje. It has direct access on to the beach and the row of shops and bars in Adeje. The recent refurbishment means the rooms are clean and modern but the hotel still retains the Art Deco vibe in the common areas. We booked a last minute short stay and after seeing all the positive reviews chose this place. Only ten minutes from the airport via motorway, we were greeted at the hotel driveway entrance by a very welcoming gentleman who was part of the concierge team who directed the taxi to the hotel reception and made us immediately feel welcome and at ease. Overall myself and my girlfriend enjoyed a brilliant stay at this hotel, all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Our room had a decent view but wanted an upgrade spoke with reception and gave us a few to choose from with a price of course but well worth it as we got a fantastic panaramic view. If your taking a taxi to the airport I'd buy a ticket from reception as it's a fixed cost of €26... also complimentary room after checkout helps if you have a evening flight home but want to...

The hotel is beautiful throughout, the choice of pools is amazing, the location is clean safe and a short walk to beaches and restaurants, the staff are so helpful and friendly. One of the best hotels we've ever been to.

One of the nicest places I've stayed at. Staff were really friendly, always asking if we needed anything. And rooms were really nice, we had a sea view room which was amazing. Beds were really comfortable and everything was really organised. They also had a lot of information at reception about excursions and which places to visit, they were able to order you a taxi or you could use the free shuttle service they had. So impressed. Will be visiting again.
