Good breakfast everyday. Very helpful and English speaking staff. Very friendly. Excellent value!

I stayed here with my son and 80 year old mother. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but it has the most spectacular view of the Giza pyramids. I’d also add the staff here are first class - absolutely wonderful in everything from arranging pick up from the airport to helping us arrange trips and food recommendations. I can see why this place gets such high reviews from its customers. Thank you - we will visit again !

The hospitality was very good in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with any enquiries we had. The Hotel arranged my transport from the airport to the Hotel and then from the Hotel to the airport. The room were very clean and the whole property area was very nice location and I would recommend it to everybody to visit. The breakfast was very limited. I was expecting a bit more variety.

The staff were fantastic 😍 nothing was a problem and the breakfast on the roof overlooking the GEM and the pyramids.

Excellent hosts. They made us feel at home. We stayed there for 1 week with a balcony view of the pyramids. Very respectful and great source of information. Osama and Hamza were always pleasant and kind. The room is very comfortable, hot showers , air conditioning and immaculate clean. The best guesthouse in the whole Egypt. Without a doubt I would be back there when back to Egypt. Will recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay. The rooms were clean and the staff very helpful. We organised our guide for the pyramids through the hotel and this was excellent, helping us to navigate the site seemlessly without fuss and enjoy it!

For the money and location very good

We (myself, my husband and our 9yo son) stayed for one night there, we got the room with the pyramid view. And what a treat was to wake up to that view! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast is really nice. The coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice were perfect! The bed was very comfortable and big enough for the 3 of us. They also sent a driver to pick us up at the airport. Note that the hotel is across from the Night light show and not the main entrance. You would still need a ride...

Very clean and polite staff and good zie room, made me and my family feel very welcomed. Furthermore it was in a very good location to see the pyramids of Giza and new museum Very nice breakfast Only thing I’d recommend is to be ready because there is a lot of ambient noise because of cars honking horns till late. Good breakfast although could do with more variety, clean rooms, good heating and air-conditioning. Easy access to town abd markets.

Not like other Four Seasons, but they have specially view on the pyramids from the window of my room. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. The room was very clean and pleasant, room service was really good and very helpful, I called them at 3.30am asking for a extra duvet, its provide straight away :) Location is great there is not in a quiet location off the main noise road, but the real problem about the noise was inside my room, the guys in the next room making so high conversation...

I highly recommend this place.., March 2017 will forever remain with me due to my Egyptian experience, and there is no better place. M.. Rateba (who owns the hotel) made me feel like part of the family, there was nothing that was too much trouble.
