A little Oasis in the centre of town. Small. Budget. Location excellent for access to the Harbour and the Western lines if you're on foot. The intersection outside doubles as a taxi rank if you're not. Inside is clean, well maintained. Staff are helpful and friendly. (I think there are more of them than rooms). Would happily stay here again.

The hotel was a convinent location for shopping and had lots of restaurants near it. As far as site seeing went we went in a taxi to the gate of India and to Bandra where all the Bollywood stars live. We saw Juhu beach and Santa Cruz and Likoni Bazaar and the famous Chor bazaar. We also went to Mohammed Ali Road where we saw the actual busy traffic of Mumbai along with beautiful clothes and Indian art work.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how spotless and beautifully maintained the property was. The room was spacious, modern, and equipped with every comfort I could ask for — cozy bedding, great Wi-Fi, and a stunning view. Excellent hotel but not impressed that they charge for wifi and have a complex registration procedure requiring you to set a password just to access wifi !

Best place to stay in Mumbai

Top class service at a world class hotel, there is nothing to dislike about this fabulous hotel. Thank you to all the staff at the Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai for making this trip so memorable.

All was good, just the size of the room was smaller than expected and the view from the window was a wall

Excellent hotel. Room clean & comfortable. Staff helpful & friendly. Fabulous breakfast. Nice bar for cocktails and bar snacks. Hotel in good position for sight seeing and walking along Marine Drive. Would throughly recommend.

LOVED Everything - Location (central & sea views), Staff, Service, Rooms (Spacious, Clean & didn’t have the humid/mouldy smell like other hotels in the city), Food (Restaurant & In Room Dining staff go out of their way to ensure your food experience is great!). Rooftop bar & lounge is a great option. Spa staff & Therapists were great & professional too - treatment was amazing. Will definitely be recommending & back if i can!🙏

Excellent hotel minutes from the airport. Facilities are good and dining options are excellent especially the Jamavar restaurant which is top rated.
