"We loved our fireplace room and will stay again. "

"Clean room and comfortable bed. Lobby and check in area are also well lit, clean and inviting. Minor complaint for the room: the bathroom does not have counter space to hold a toiletries bag, and while there was space in the vanity drawer, the interior of the drawer was very grubby and had not been wiped down. The other surfaces and shower enclosure of the bathroom were freshly cleaned. We did let the front desk know upon check out. The property is split level, so be aware if you have accessibility needs. Our room was on the third floor and there are stairs to navigate (with your luggage) at the floor crossovers upon exiting the elevators. There is very limited parking on-site at the rear of the hotel. There is signage indicating the spots are reserved for hotel guests, but we did see vehicles parking at the same time we were entering the lot and the occupants did not enter the hotel, so the reserved spaces are not enforced. We had to use the overflow parking lot, which is two+ blocks away. An easy walk, but you need to be aware for dropping off your luggage, if you forget anything in your vehicle and be prepared in inclement weather, as was the case in our stay. Guest umbrellas at the hotel entrance would be really useful as we were drenched getting back from the overflow parking."

"The staff was great. the room was very clean. it would have been great to have some kind of breakfast included, or the option to have breakfast, as the casino restaurant doesn't open until 11. especially if you had children (which we heard some down the hall) which means if you are checking our early then you have to head back into Port Perry which is out of the way when heading in the opposite direction the restaurant at casino sucked. service was not great and the prices expensive. but the hotel was wonderful. "

"Ftont desk was great and very friendly . Hotel room was clean , but there was only 2 towels for a family a 5 staying . Also the conditioner and shampoo bottles were empty. Fold out couch was very hard and uncomfortable. Poom and hot tub were very enjoyable . Not worth the amount we paid for only 1 night. "

"Rooms were some what renovated. You can tell they just renovated but were selective on what was changed. Sink and shower were very old and damaged. Walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors very clearly. Breakfast was included but only available until 10am Saturday. Location is great as many restaurants and stores nearby. "

"Second time staying here, much cleaner than last time. The shower curtain would be the only thing that could have been changed. The beds are very comfortable. The staff a very nice. "
