Great place to be if you have an earlier flights or want to stay in safe zone

I booked the hotel but actually stayed in their other property Sama Sherif Basha Hotel due to unavailability issues. This could have gone terribly wrong and was offered to stay in Sama Sherif and at 4am in the morning I don’t want to end up in the streets so accepted. The trip was saved. The Waldorf Astoria is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at... It is stunning and for travellers who want luxury, convenience and an unforgettable stay, this is the place. The hotel oozes quality. The staff are fantastic, the rooms (we were upgraded to a suite) are beautiful, spacious and clean. The facilities, including restaurant and pool are also excellent. I visited from the UK recently with my daughter. Very nice hotel rooms are clean and comfortable nicely stocked beverages tea coffee etc with fresh water everyday in our room. The SPA facilities are very good and free. This hotel offers a very balanced experience. The location is excellent, close to transportation and major points of interest. The staff were polite and attentive, and the organized tours added great value to our stay. Cleanliness and security were clearly a top priority.

Excellent three night stay

Superb Cairo experience, thanks to Kempinski hotel

We stayed just one night in between flights and was super convenient. They picked us up with a shuttle and dropped us back. The restaurant was opened until late and the staff were really kind. The room was comfortable and good conditions.

Having stayed in Heliopolis, Cairo before I found this hotel to be very quite and peaceful. It's away from the main road so traffic can't be heard. Up to the usual high Marriot standards and staff polite and helpful. Will be using again.

Step back in time and enjoy the comforts of living in a 1920s villa with modern amenities, spacious room and delightful leafy garden and pool area to relax in away from the congestion outside.

Entire stay was amazing from start to finish! The service is wonderful from every staff member from the moment you arrive. I ate in all but 1 restaurant, used the pool as well as spa services. Not one complaint from me about any of it.

Not like other Four Seasons, but they have specially view on the pyramids from the window of my room. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly.
