I love the Fairmont overall, out of the states and in the states. My only issue was the room smelled like smoke right when you walked in. But it smelled the same outside too. The spa was phenomenal, the spa staff were great. Would definitely return and recommend.

Hotel was absolutely exquisite! Super comfortable and gorgeous room, huge 5-star bathroom and a very comfortable bed, didn’t even wanna get up in the morning because I was so comfy in my bed. Windows are very well sound-proofed. Air conditioning kept the room perfectly cool. Recommendation: Get the Fairmont Gold Signature room, it is well worth it because you get access to their executive lounge, which is superb, lots of complimentary food and drinks and a beautiful view. Also, when you get to check-in at the Fairmont Gold executive lounge, which allows u to avoid the more crowded regular lounge on the ground floor, thanks for supporting the special experience. Also, the Fairmont staff is so warm and welcoming, they are all amazing! Highly recommend

Once in the lobby it is very impressive. It appears that the driving ramp to the lobby level is under renovation so one has to enter one floor below which is not impressive. Staff and services are high quality. We did not go to any of the restaurants in the hotel. Zaza restaurant across the street on the banks of the Nile had great food.

What a great hotel. The service, the food, the staff, the spa. Everything was amazing!! Everyone working there take really good care of you. We tried all the restaurants and all of them offer amazing food. Saigon was really special for us, with Melve working there, giving us the best service and recommendations. Thank you Melve ☺️ and thank you for the candle. 🙏 The Rooms, the breakfast and a very very clean and nice hotel.
