"Room was dirty: stains on blankets, sheets, and towels. Staff: tall guy around the pull area would allow something one day and change his mind the next. Indoor pool is over crowded. "

Just remember to leave your towel tickets somewhere in the room I think if they don't find them in there it's $40 a towel. The chlorine was really good. Hopefully I will be able to go back next year. The room came with a microwave and tiny but adequate fridge. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was dimly lit. It had a good shower. Overall, a decent stay. "

"The hotel lobby is beautiful! Everything was clean and rooms were great. Breakfast was okay- your standard hotel breakfast. Lots of buses coming through so breakfast was packed and a wait but the staff handled it well. We all expected the pool to be much bigger considering the size of the hotel- not ideal for families with Littles and a packed pool- just made it overwhelming. Would be a great place for bigger and older groups though. "
