"Overall just a c+~B hotel. The room was clean but tired, maintenance standards not so high from a visual standpoint. Elevators were extremely slow and kids going up and down all evening unsupervised was not helping. It seemed as though it was a much older hotel bought for a rebrand to a Margaritaville."

"We have a great stay. It was great to see the staff really cared about people being safe at the waterpark and had a good time. It was great to see the staff being nice and teaching kids how to do the surf rider without getting mad. "

"Room is dated but was VERY clean, the staff was excellent— every encounter. We didn’t do the breakfast buffet because it was $$, but we did enjoy room service once. They do charge a $3.50 fee to bring it up, then an unknown service charge for the cook, and then you still have to tip. Food was delicious. (Fees plus One pizza & 6 wings was $78– which is pricy for us). We were there 3 nights and saw a bear our first night and then four bears the night before we checked out. Getting up to the hotel is probably a HUGE challenge in winter months. You cannot walk to Gatlinburg fun but there is a trolley every 30 minutes. It fills up fast— but the drivers will cram you in! We will go back to Gatlinburg but probably not this hotel. Loved it though!!! "

"Bunch of lairs wasn't supposed to charge my debit/credit card until got to the property they tried charging my credit card 2 days B4 the day I was supposed to arrive when I ask the lady that worked there she said she didn't know why it said we can pay at the property on the Expedia web site I told them to cancel my reservation because I don't appreciate being lied to bunch of scammers at that hotel very dishonest "

"Floor in the room was dirty. Items left on the floor that were very visible. Bathroom floor extremely dirty. Comforters were dirty. Microwave was not even near a plug in. Would have to move it to use it. Pool is ALOT smaller than looks online. Free popcorn 6-10. However by 9 it was out an no more was made. Small area to sit for breakfast. Most people had to take back to the room. Plates are breakfast were dirty. Do not recommend staying here. Pictures make it look newer than what it is. Elevator light didn’t work right pain. "

"The room was clean, the staff was very helpful with any questions. The indoor pool is a little cold, but the room is warm. They have activities for all ages. Highly recommend."
