"This is the best place to stay in Gatlinburg proper. Close to downtown, but not down in the middle of the craziness. Beautiful views of town and the surrounding mountains. Kids loved the water slide and pool area. The hotel is classy and offers great breakfast. Stayed over the July 4th weekend and were able to watch the fireworks/drone show from our balcony! Easy access to the national park. This was my 4th time staying here in the past 9 years. Will stay here again and again for years to come."

"Our room was great. It has an easy access to the parking lot. The hotel is accessible to everything. One of the receptionists, named Gabby was really friendly and accomodating and provided all the necessary information we needed to explore the area from Pigeon Forge Island to Smokey Mountain National Park.
